How to Edit Your Converted Word File

1. Open the file correctly

Your downloaded .doc file will open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any free office suite like LibreOffice. Double-click the file, or open your word processor and use File → Open.

Tip: If you don't have Microsoft Word, Google Docs (free with any Google account) opens .doc files perfectly and lets you edit and re-save them.

2. Fix formatting issues

PDF-to-Word conversion extracts text accurately, but spacing and line breaks may need small adjustments, especially with complex layouts like tables or columns. Use "Select All" and reset the font if spacing looks off.

3. Save in your preferred format

Once edited, use File → Save As to convert it to .docx, PDF, or any other format you need.

4. Common issues and fixes

Text looks jumbled: This usually happens with scanned PDFs (images of text) rather than real text-based PDFs. Scanned documents need OCR software to extract text accurately.

Missing images: This converter focuses on text extraction. For PDFs with important images, you may need to re-insert them manually.
